Refund Policy for The SHIBA Collections
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The SHIBA Collections website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Refunds will be issued for products that are returned in their original condition, unused and unopened, with all original tags and packaging intact. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
Exceptions:
- Custom orders and special orders are non-refundable.
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or if the return is initiated after the 14-day window.
